✦ 1 · Purpose ✦
These terms govern the use of the website arkarma.com, published by Édouard Martin (legal notice), as well as the subscription to Arkarma+. By using the site or creating an account, you accept them.
✦ 2 · The service ✦
Arkarma is a spiritual companion: meanings of the mirror hours, online tarot readings, numerology chart, horoscope and a library of interpretations. Part of the service is free; the Arkarma+ subscription opens the deepest readings (full-picture reading, your year month by month, unlimited draws, complete numerology chart, unlimited history).
Arkarma is an entertainment and self-reflection service. Readings do not predict the future and never replace the advice of a doctor, a lawyer, a financial adviser or any other professional. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
✦ 3 · Your account ✦
The account is free and is created with an email address. You agree to provide a valid address and to keep access to your mailbox: it is what secures your account. The service is reserved for adults: by creating your account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You can delete your account at any time from your settings: deletion is immediate and final.
✦ 4 · The Arkarma+ subscription ✦
Arkarma+ is offered at 9.99 € per month or 69.99 € per year (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). These launch prices may change: you would then be notified by email at least 30 days before any change, applicable only to the following period.
Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time from "Manage my subscription" in your account: access remains active until the end of the period already paid, at no cost. If a payment fails, Arkarma+ access is suspended until it is settled; your free account and your data remain intact.
✦ 5 · Right of withdrawal ✦
Arkarma+ is digital content delivered immediately: as soon as you pay, every reading opens. At the moment of payment, you tick a box by which you expressly request this immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The amounts paid are therefore non-refundable. You remain free to cancel at any time to stop the renewal (section 4).
✦ 6 · Fair use ✦
You agree not to attempt to bypass the site protections, to extract its content at scale, to resell access or to use the service fraudulently. The house reserves the right to suspend an account in case of clear abuse, after informing you.
✦ 7 · Availability and liability ✦
We do our best to keep the site available at all times, without being able to guarantee it absolutely (maintenance, technical incidents, third-party services). The publisher's liability, all causes combined, is limited to the amounts you have actually paid over the last twelve months.
✦ 8 · Personal data ✦
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
✦ 9 · Changes to these terms ✦
These terms may evolve. In case of a substantial change, you will be notified by email or by a message on the site before it comes into force.
✦ 10 · Governing law and disputes ✦
These terms are governed by French law. If a difficulty arises, write to us first at contact@arkarma.com: almost every situation is resolved simply and in good faith. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction under the conditions of ordinary law.
